You can work off those calories during the weekend when you have time on your hands and bursting energy. Good exercise and good sleep, your body would definitely be giving a testimony at church on Sunday. If you want to do your cardio at home or visit the or do some yoga, whatever you want to do is completely at your disposal. Just ensure you work it out.
It’s a weekend, go and pamper yourself at a spa. If going to the spa is too much work you can always give your body a treat with shelf made treatments.
