Meet The New Knights Joining The Mavin’s Dynasty – Jonny Drille, Poe And DNA Twins

It has been quite a while since we heard any news about Mavin Records signing a new artiste. The last in that direction was when Inyanya switched from MMMG to the Mavin’s dynasty.

Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy has announced the signing of Johnny Drille, Poe and the DNA Twins to his record label.

Mavin record is always known for its innovation and creativity. The introduction of the new artistes was done via a short documentary #MavinActivated.

Welcoming Johnny Drille. Johnny Drille is a folk/alternative singer, songwriter, producer, and sound engineer. He was a contestant in the 2013 edition of MTN Project Fame West Africa. Some of his tracks include “Love don’t cry” and “Wait for me”.

Remember DNA Twins from the Voice Nigeria? The DNA Twins were participants in the 2013 edition of Glo X Factor. The came out with their first single after the competition – ‘Mash Up Freestyle’, a combination of some top Nigerian songs.

We used to think Don Jazzy did not like rap. POE is a rapper whose famous tracks include “Adore Her”, “Can’t Forget”, and his remix of Olamide‘s “Who you epp”. He was affiliated to rap duo Show Dem Camp (SDC), and a member of a group of music artistes The Collectiv3.
