BetSlip Tips: Six Tips For Saturday incl. Tottenham v Manchester City
Milan vs Napoli (over 2.5 goals)
Milan are currently 5th with 37 points, four less than Champions League placed Napoli. They have been in good form lately, losing only two times in the last 18 competitive matches.
When looking at their home form, they have only one loss this season, with that being in early September.
Napoli are 3rd with 41 points. They have the best attack in the league, having scored 45 goals this season, or 2.25 per game on average.
They are unbeaten in the last thirteen competitive matches, winning seven out of the last eight.
The match might be too close to call but expect goals from both sides. Napoli and Milan have lost some if their best defenders either to the AFCON or injury.
Espanyol vs Granada (Espanyol win -1 handicap)
Espanyol are clear favourites for this game, despite their recent form. Granada have been really bad the whole season, and they will hardly manage to stay up. Espanyol, on the other, hand, have been putting up some good performances consistently before this bad series. I believe that they will bounce back soon with a win, and what better opponent there is for that than Granada. I think Espanyol will pull off a win here, take them with -1 handicap, as I believe they can cover that at home against hopeless Granada.
Manchester C. vs Tottenham (Both teams to score, over 2.5 goals)
City are capable of scoring, especially at home, while Tottenham has one of the best attacks in the league, spearheaded by in-form Kane. I think we will see more than two goals here, and I like the odds for that to happen.
Liverpool v Swansea (Liverpool win -2 Asian handicap)
Liverpool are clear favourites for this game, and I can`t see how they could not win. Swansea are not a team which plays defensively solid game trying to stay close, but rather trying to outplay their opponents. That brought them only the worst defensive record in the league, conceding 49 goals, or 2.33 per game. Liverpool on the other hand have the best attack in the league, scoring that same amount of goals, Therefore I think that Liverpool will beat Swansea convincingly here to get back to their winning ways and keep connection to leading Chelsea. They should win by at least two goals here, while I think that the difference could be even bigger
Werder Bremen v B. Dortmund (Both teams to score, over 2.5)
Werder is currently just three points above the relegation zone and need to continue their strong form as they can’t count much on points on the road. Therefore, I expect the home team to be pretty attacking, while Dortmund anyway remains a favorite here even though they are missing their star striker.
West Brom v Sunderland (West Brom -1 Asian handicap)
The visitors are having lots of problems ahead of this match, as their lengthy injury list only goes bigger. They can’t count at injured goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, defensive midfielders Paddy McNair, Jan Kirchhof, midfielders Duncan Watmore, Lee Cattermole and Lynden Gooch. Midfielders Jack Rodwell, Steven Pienaar and forward Victor Anichebe are doubtful. Out with African Cup of Nations are central defender Lamine Kone and midfielders Didier Ndong and Wahbi Khazri.
With so many things working in favor of West Bro, I don’t see many chances for Sunderland to walk away with something here. On contrary, this can easily turn out to be one of the easiest matches for West Brom this season.
